Jim Marshall began taking photographs in the folk revival and he never stopped. At some point between then and now, he became the premier pop music photographer of the 20th century. A selection of his best images is available in his book, "Not Fade Away" (Bulfinch Press, 1997). The photo reproductions are gorgeous!
