Allen Ginsberg at the Easter Be-In

Beat poet Allen Ginsberg was a guiding spirit behind the first Human Be-In held in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park on January 14, 1967. The sequel, in Central Park in New York City on a sunny Easter Sunday, was a wake-up call to those alert spirits in Gotham who sensed that something was happening here, although what it was wasn't yet exactly clear.
